Update – 1:01 p.m. Tuesday: We’re one step closer to a full 2019 Dallas Cowboys schedule.

The team on Tuesday revealed its full preseason slate — with some times and dates still to be determined — highlighted by the game in Hawaii against the reigning NFC champion Los Angeles Rams, set for a 9 p.m. CT kickoff on Saturday, Aug. 17.

The NFL is expected to release the full 2019 schedule, with times and dates, sometime next week.

Original story – Dec. 30, 2018: The dates aren’t set. The opponents are.

The NFC North and the AFC East are the divisions the Cowboys play in 2019. Throw in your division winners for the NFC South and NFC West and the schedule is in place.

Observation: it could get cold on the road for next year’s team. New Orleans is the only excursion that’s not to a cold weather city.

Here’s a look at the opponents the Cowboys will face at home and on the road in ’19. Dates and times will be released in the spring.

Home: NY Giants, Philadelphia, Washington, Green Bay, Minnesota, Buffalo, Miami, LA Rams

Road: NY Giants, Philadelphia, Washington, NY Jets, New England, Chicago, Detroit, New Orleans
